This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.152 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the first respondent completed the investigation in Crime No.152 of 2019 and closed the same as 'mistake of fact' on 15.01.2022.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
