This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide detailed information regarding the petitioner's father's arrival in India from Saudi Arabia on 05.09.2022, to enable tracing him, within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Deputy Solicitor General of India appearing for the first respondent, after taking instructions, submitted that, so far, no details are available regarding the arrival of the petitioner's father in India.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. This writ petition is of the year 2023. It can therefore be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

5. In view of the absence of representation on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
