Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey and fix the boundary stones of the petitioners land in survey No.267/1C2G with an extent of 32 cents situated at Kayamozhi Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Thoothukudi District within a time frame stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 27.11.2015 wherein and whereby he sought for survey of land referred to in the writ petition.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that such request has not been considered by the respondents so far. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimants if any. Such exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
