Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of MANDAMUS directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to measure the petitioners property and fix boundary stones in Survey No.514/3A1B to an extent of about 231 sq mts, Survey No.514/3A2B to an extent of about 183 sq mts in

Vijayapathi Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by disposing of the petitioners online application vide petition No.2026/0123/29/000829 dated 13.04.2026 with the aid of the 4th respondent and the same within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to measure the petitioners property and fix boundary stones in Survey No.514/3A1B to an extent of about 231 sq mts, Survey No.514/3A2B to an extent of about 183 sq mts in Vijayapathi Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District by disposing of the petitioners online application vide petition No.2026/0123/29/000829 dated 13.04.2026 with the aid of the 4th respondent and the same within a time to be stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is claiming right over the property in Survey Nos.514/3A1B and 514/3A2B through sale deed Doc.No.200 of 2021 dated 13.01.2021.

This Court is directing the official respondents to conduct the survey after issuing notice to the petitioner and the rival parties, if any in accordance to law. If the Tahsildar is seeking police protection, the 4th respondent shall provide the same. the The official respondents shall adhere to the following Standard Operating Procedures: • The official respondents shall issue notice to the petitioner immediately reaching the spot where survey is to be conducted.

• After survey again the petitioner shall affix signature indicating that the survey was conducted to their satisfaction.

• If the petitioner is not satisfied, then also the petitioner shall affix signature indicating their dissatisfaction or with protest. The petitioner shall indicate that reason of their dissatisfaction or protest.

The aforesaid procedure shall be strictly followed by the parties. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
