ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records in Crime No.343 of 2021 of Thiruvattar Police Station, Kanyakumari District and quash the same.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that a referred charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Padmanabhapuram, in Crime No.343 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 447, 294(b) and 506(1) IPC. According to him, the learned Judicial Magistrate had recorded the referred charge sheet filed by the police. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
