ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue Adangal receipt for agricultural properties referred to in the writ petition.

2.Admittedly, the petitioner has made such request before the third respondent only on 14.12.2016. Without even waiting for a reasonable time for the third respondent to act on the petitioner's request, the present writ petition has been filed hurriedly on 23.12.2016 itself. Needless to say that such a practice of filing the writ petition without even allowing the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

official respondents to act on the representation within a reasonable time, cannot be entertained as a matter of routine. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of for the present, however, by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court and file a fresh writ petition, if the representation of the petitioner has not been considered by the third respondent within a reasonable time. No costs.
