ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere with the civil dispute pending in O.S.No.247 of 2019 on the file of Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that on the complaint of the 3rd respondent dated 16.07.2020 filed against the petitioner, now an FIR has been registered in Crime No.474/2020 for the offences under Sections 448 and 380 IPC. 3.Perusal of record shows that it is a dispute between the petitioner/landlord and the 3rd respondent/tenant and a civil suit in O.S.No.247/2019 praying not to evict the 3rd respondent without due process of law, is pending between the parties.
