Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a Final Report before the learned District Munsif and Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, Pudukkottai District in Crime No.177 of 2019 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No.177 of 2019 is pending without filing the final report till date.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is almost completed and the Final Report is made ready on 03.09.2019 and prays four weeks time to file the same.

5. Considering the submission, the respondent is directed to file the Final Report in Crime No.177 of 2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
