ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the order, dated 17.06.2021 on the file of the third respondent and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 10.05.2021 and to register the case against the fifth respondent.
