This contempt case has been filed by the petitioner complaining willful disobedience of the order, dated 02.04.2024, in W.P.(MD) No.19863 of 2023, passed by this Court.

2. During the course of hearing, Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, submits that the order of this Court is complied with by the respondent by passing orders on 03.03.2025, subsequent to the disposal of the writ appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

4. In view of the above factual position, in our considered view, no further adjudication is required in this contempt case.
