O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in M.C.No.82 of 2018.

2. The grievance of the petitioners is that they have filed a petition under Section 125 of Cr.P.C., before the Family Court, Madurai in M.C.No.82 of 2018, seeking maintenance from the respondent and the same is pending from the year 2018 and the trial Court has adjourned the case periodically without any valid reason.

3. Considering the nature of the order being passed, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

4. Considering the fact that the matter is pending from the year 2018, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai is directed to dispose of the case in M.C.No.82of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
