O R D E R

The petitioner filed Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1685 of 2021 for directing the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.2 of 2020. This Court vide order dated 08.02.2021, directed the investigation officer to file the final report within three months. Contending that the direction given by this Court has not been honoured, this contempt petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor submitted due to non-reception of forensic report, the final report could not be filed. He categorically asserts that within a period of two months from today, the final report will be filed. 4.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
