Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SENTHIL SANKARANATHA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.6922 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8556 of 2021 on 21.06.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition only 2 days. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has affected by Covid-19. Since, he could not comply the condition regularly and he also produced the document to that effect.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.6922 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8556 of 2021 on 21.06.2022, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
