PRAYER :- To extend the time imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9758 of 2019 order dated 22.07.2019 and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the Learned Additional Mahila Court (Magistrate Level), Trichy District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for producing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
