JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This Writ Appeal has been directed against the interim order dated 20.12.2021 passed by the Writ Court in batch of Writ Petitions, including W.P.(MD)No.495 of 2020.

2.Today, when the case is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that subsequently, the very Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.495 of 2020 itself has been disposed of, where the learned Single Judge, by order dated 13.02.2024, allowed the said Writ Petition. A copy of the same has also been produced before us. 3.In view of the said development, where the main Writ Petition itself is allowed, nothing survives in this Writ Appeal to agitate further against the interim

order passed in the Writ Petition. Hence, recording the same, as the prayer sought for herein has become infructuous, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
