O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.C.V2/1183/2024 dated 24.12.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 29.12.2025 preferred by the petitioner against the order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.C.V2/1183/2024 dated 24.12.2025, after issuing notice to the petitioner, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
