ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the fourth respondent to call for tender for maintenance work of Periyar Main Canal, Melur Division and to issue tender notice to the members of the petitioner association for maintenance work of Periyar Main Canal Melur Division for the year 2015-2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3.After some elaborate arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be treated as a writ petition filed by an individual and not by the association and the respondents may be directed to consider of the representation of the petitioner, only dated 01.02.2016. 4.In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.02.2016 as an individual representation and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
