PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition is filed 482 of Criminal procedure Code, praying this Hon'ble Court to admit this quash petition on file, to call for the records in C.C.337 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court III, Thoothukudi District and quash the same.

ORDER :- Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day in the caption "For Extension of Time", and upon perusing the earlier Order of this Court dated 05.11.2019, and a Letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi(FAC) (Subordinate Judge, Thoothukudi) in letter dated 23.04.2021 made in D.No.A1/1431 2021, this Court made the following order:

This Court, by order dated 05.11.2019, directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Thereafter, it was periodically extended. By letter dated 23.04.2021 in D.No.A1/1431/2021, the learned Sub-ordinate Judge, Thoothukudi has sought time to complete the trial process.
