Seeking to quash the final report in C.C.No.1079 of 2020 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Magistrate), Tirunelveli, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed.
2. It is represented by Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police that till date, the petitioner (A1) did not appear before the trial court and therefore, a Non-bailable Warrant (NBW) is issued against him and case in C.C.No. 163 of 2016 was split up into C.C.No.1079 of 2020.
3. Since the petitioner (A1) did not appear before the trial court and Non-bailable Warrant is pending against him, the present Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
