Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.J.Gunaseelanmuthiah, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1-6. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.After some elaborate arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he wants only to worship in the temple that should not be hampered or stopped by any one. 3.Learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that there was a clash between the very same community. The petitioner was given right for one particular period and thar period is over. Thereafter, he wants to continue further period and is creating trouble. He would further submit that there is no excommunication as alleged by the petitioner. 4.Recording the said statement made by the learned Government Advocate, the writ petition is disposed of.
