ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent. It is noted that affidavit has been filed in support of the present Writ Petition. The respondents have already sanctioned educational loan for the petitioner's daughter to pursue and complete B.Sc. (Nursing) course in the academic years from 2024-25 to 2027-28. The petitioner stated that he requires Rs.1,40,000/- for each year. 2. According to the learned counsel for the respondents, the sanction of loan amount is strictly in accordance with circular number ADV-90/2024-25, dated 20.07.2024. Copy of the circular has not been furnished. Since the respondents have already sanctioned the loan although for lesser amount to the petitioner's daughter, liberty is given to the petitioner to request for enhancement of the loan amount or in the alternative to workout the remedy in the light of the circular number ADV-90/2024-25, dated 20.07.2024. 2/4
