ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that earlier the petitioners have moved Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.11643 and 11823 of 2022, before this Court and the same were dismissed for default and by suppressing the above said facts, this petition has been filed.

2. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is ready to file a better affidavit by setting out all the facts and seeks an adjournment.

3. Such sort of practice can not be appreciated by this Court. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition by setting out all the facts and the circumstance of this case.
