impose penalty against the respondents under Section 20(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 for the dereliction of the duty in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the basis of the RTI Appeal preferred by the petitioner, dated 03.05.2019, and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide information sought by the petitioner in RTI Application, dated 30.01.2019 and consequently, to impose penalty against the respondents under Section 20(1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 for the dereliction of the duty, in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 2 to 4 submitted that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the information sought for by the petitioner was provided to him, through the Letter dated 09.02.2021. The copy of the same was also placed before this Court. 2/4

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
