This matter came up for consideration Yesterday. As there was no representation for the petitioner, the same was directed to be listed under the caption 'For dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'For dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner.

2. Further, from the perusal of the relief sought in the Writ Petition, it is noticed that the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition to restrain the third

respondent from making any visit to the business unit of the petitioner situated at Thoothukudi in pursuance of the visit notice dated 27.11.2020 and to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.12.2020.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the third respondent that pursuant to the impugned notice, the visit could not take place on 27.11.2020 and subsequently it was taken place on 10.12.2020. The visit was already over in the premises of the petitioner and thus the relief has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the above, for want of proper prosecution and also on the ground that the relief has become infructuous, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
