PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025 to recover the Schedule Property which is in illegal possession of the fourth respondent.

The petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent police on 09.04.2025, to recover the property in S.No. 69/38, Nilgiri South Thottam Revenue Village, Thanjavur District, which according to the petitioner is in illegal possession of the fourth respondent and filed this writ petition to issue a direction to the third respondent police to consider his representation, dated 09.04.2025.

2. It appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent, over the property in S.No. 69/38, Nilgiri South Thottam Revenue Village, Thanjavur District. The respondent police cannot interfere in such matters and hence, this Court also cannot issue any direction to the respondent police to act upon the representation of this petitioner, dated 09.04.2025. petitioner has to work out his remedy only before the appropriate civil Forum.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to this petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate civil Forum. No costs.
