ORDER

The petitioner submitted a representation dated 21.12.2015 before the respondents seeking patta in the land in S.No.74/2. It is further submitted that the Collector in his proceedings dated 12.01.2016 directed the Revenue Divisional Officer, to conduct enquiry and submit a report before him for appropriate action. However, the second respondent did not take any steps in this regard. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
