PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 44 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 294(b) and 307 IPC in Crime No.44 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was under the wrong impression that the defacto complainant was in love with his daughter, over which there was trouble between them. Much 15 days prior to the date of occurrence, the aforesaid issue was amicably settled between the parties and this occurrence is a consequence of the aforesaid issue, by which the petitioner has also caused another assault on the defacto complainant. He was also criminally intimidated.
3.Finding that it is a consequence occurrence, the petitioner was directed to file an undertaking affidavit that he will not make any trouble to the defacto complainant. Now, the undertaking affidavit has been filed by this petitioner. Taking into the same on record, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions.

CRL OP(MD). No.14524 of 2022 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. If any violation is noticed and if any new case is registered against the petitioner, then the bail that has been granted by this Court in this petition will stand automatically cancelled without further reference to this Court.
