ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry on the basis of the show cause notice dated 02.03.2016 and dispose of the same, within a stipulated period in consonance with the order dated 29.01.2020, passed by the Honourable Supreme Court in C.A.No.803/2020, 806-807, 808-809, 810/2020 804-805/2020, 811812/2020 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2020.

2.Heard Mr.R.G.Shankar Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 3.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 4.Mr.K.P.Narayana Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents on instructions, would submit that the first respondent is prepared to dispose of the proceedings in accordance with the directions issued by the Honourable Supreme Court in C.A.No.803/2020, 806-807, 808-809, 810/2020, 804-805/2020, 811-812/2020, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the above said submission.

6.Accordingly, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the proceedings within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
