O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.07 of 2022, dated 04.02.2022 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 4th respondent under the supervision of the 3rd respondent.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.07 of 2022 was conducted by the second respondent police and now it is pending.

3.A perusal of records shows that, since the case has been registered only on 04.02.2022, I find no reason to transfer the investigation from the file of the second respondent to the file of the 4th respondent. 2/4

4.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation Crime No.07 of 2022 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
