ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time for complying with the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.04.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8820 of 2026, wherein the petitioners were directed to surrender before the concerned court on or before 29.05.2026.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that they received the copy of the order belatedly and, therefore, may not be able to surrender before the concerned court within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, further time is sought to comply with the said order.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the present petition, the time period to surrender before the concerned Court is hereby extended till 29.06.2026. It is made clear that no further extension will be granted. 2/4

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 18.06.2026 gvn Note :
