ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to pass orders on the petitioners representations dated 27.10.2014 and 13.08.2015 seeking to change the patta in the name of the petitioner and his wife namely, Seetha @ Seethammal.

2.According to the petitioner, he has approached the respondents to change the patta in the name of the petitioner and his wife by way of his representation dated 13.08.2015. Since no order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.In view of the above limited prayer sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
