ORDER

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to direct the first respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner since the document has been detained in view of Section 47-A proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

2.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to dispose of the 47-A proceedings and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
