ORDER

The present writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent 1 to 3 to consider petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2025 for taking the necessary steps to remove the 4th respondent laying a cement pad for connecting petitioner's domestic sewage to common drainage tunnel.

2.The contention of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent has laid cement pad for connecting the petitioner's domestic sewage to the common drainage. Therefore, the petitioner is seeking to remove the same. 3.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's case, by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent, conducting enquiry and thereafter, consider and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
