2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that due to matrimonial discard, the wife of the petitioner left the matrimonial home and went to her parents home. After the complaint, the police has traced her.

3. When the habeas corpus petition was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, the parties have decided to settle the dispute and reunite.

4. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed. No costs.
