Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass her.
