O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent No.2 police to complete the investigation and file the charge sheet in Crime No.1397 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner/defacto complainant has filed a complaint before the respondent police and the same was registered in Crime No.1397 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Prohibition of Harassment Women Act, as the petitioner's wife was assaulted by the accused persons.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the police have completed the investigation and the charge sheet is ready to be filed and submitted that within two weeks, the same will be filed in the Court. The same is recorded.

4.Accordingly, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to file the charge sheet within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
