ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 23.10.2015 and to consider the request of the petitioner for transfer either to Madurai or to Dindigul District in the existing vacancies as mentioned in the representation, within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.R.Anandaraj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel for petitioner submitted that if a direction is issued to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.10.2015, that would suffice.

5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the claim made by the petitioner, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.10.2015, and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, more particularly within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
