O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner seeks removal of the encroachment allegedly made by the sixth respondent in the public pathway in Survey No.246/16 at A.Tharaikudi, Nagartharkuruchi Post, Abiramam (Via) Kamuthi, T.K.Ramanathapuram District. The petitioner has already given a representation dated 06.12.2015 in this regard. 2.The fourth respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment is noticed, he shall cause removal of the same, after issuing notice to the concerned parties and after following the statutory procedure. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
