ORDER:- This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. R.S.Sivaram, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.R.Murugan, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for reporting compliance'.

2. It is stated that the order dated 17.02.2021 has been complied with. In view of the said compliance, civil revision petition in C.R.P.(MD)No.2384 of 2019 will stand allowed, as directed by this Court in its earlier order dated 09.03.2020. The suit in O.S.No.52 of 2008 will stand restored and the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
