ORDER

The petitioner has given an application to enquire into the alleged fraudulent transaction in the sale deed. In fact, settlement deed executed on the basis of the illegal documents is wrong and an enquiry under circular 67, dated 03.11.2011 is pending. Therefore, the petitioner seeks to dispose of the said enquiry proceedings at an early date. 2.Learned Additional Government Pleader fairly submitted that after the enquiry conducted by the Revenue Divisional Officer, it has been taken on file and the same is pending.

3.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the above said proceedings and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
