DAVID GANESAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD)No. 4270 of 2023 DATED 06.03.2023 in Para No.5.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are not in a position to mobilize the fund, on that ground only, this modification petition has been filed.

3. A Perusal of the order shows that the petitioners themselves have come forwarded to deposit a sum of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) and only on the basis of the undertaking, the anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners. Now, the present petition has been filed to modify the above said condition. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD)No. 4270 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023 in para No.5.
