SR.No.63726 of 2020 from 03.04.2020 to 26.11.2020 (i.e.) on the payment date of the cost before this Honourable Court. PRAYER IN S.A.(MD).SR.No.63726/2020:

To set aside the Decree and Judgment dated 26.02.2019 passed in A.S.45 of 2016 on the file of Additional District Judge, Dindigul, by reversing the decree and judgment dated 02.03.2016 passed in O.S.No.295/2013 by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul and allow the Second Appeal.

ORDER :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- It is reported that the order dated 18.03.2020 has been complied with belatedly.

2.Taking note of the prevailing pandemic situation and the lock down, the time granted for payment of cost is extended till 26.11.2020.
