To Extend the time period stipulated in the order dt 3.3.2023 passed in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.2303/2023 on the file of this Honourable Court. Common Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DAVID GANESAN.J, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following order:-

Seeking modification of the condition imposed upon the petitioner and seeking extension of time to comply the above said order, these petitions have been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was directed to deposit the original title deeds of immovable property worth about Rs.5,00,000/- by the order dated 06.04.2023, but he is not in a position to mobilise the sureties for Rs.5,00,000/-.

3. Considering the fact that jewellery is involved in the above said case, so that the above said condition has been imposed upon the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the above said condition and Crl.M.P(MD) No.10018 of 2023 is dismissed. Consequently, the time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.2303 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
