Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks removal of the petition mentioned entry. According to the petitioner's counsel, no doubt the attachment was earlier ordered but it has now been terminated because of the recording of full satisfaction.
3. The petitioner is permitted to appear before the second respondent and produce a certified copy of the order whereby the full satisfaction has been recorded and E.P, itself has been terminated. On such production, the petition mentioned entry will be deleted. This writ petition stands disposed of on these terms. No costs.
