ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to conduct survey of the property situated in Survey No.167/9 with an extent of 0.6.00 Hectares, at Manjur Vilage, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, by considering his representation dated 30.05.2025.
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Anandraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, he purchased the subject property under a sale deed dated 22.01.2024 from one Dinesh Kumar, who is a descendant of Balusamy. The patta for the subject property stands in the name of Balusamy and three others in Patta No.767. Subsequently, the
petitioner submitted an online application on 19.03.2024 in Application No.2024/0123/27/000552, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 19.03.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
