PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.04.2022 and 16.07.2022 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.04.2022 and 16.07.2022 within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner's father purchased a Innova Crysta Car in the name of the petitioner's mother viz., " Munnavvarah", his mother died on 15.07.2022. He claimed towards nominee to EMI paid by his mother. Unfortunately, RC book is in the name of the dead person. He further submitted that the third respondent is the brother-in-law of the petitioner and it is alleged that the car was given to the petitioner's sister, who is the daughter of the owner of the car. In these circumstances, the complaint has been filed that the car was stolen. Therefore, the respondent police has not taken any action, since the car is in the custody of the petitioner's sister.
