After some elaborate arguments, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that they are ready and willing to allow the petitioner to participate in the tender, if he wants to participate in the tender to be held on 09.02.2016 and they are ready to give the tender schedule/document today itself before 02.00 p.m. He would further submit that they will give one week time for production of documents, if needed by petitioner. 2.Recording the above said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.2364 and 2365 of 2016 are closed.
