ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 10.07.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.454 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 10.07.2021, on secret information, the respondent Police found a Dezire Car bearing Registration No. TN 51 AK 9542 with 126 Kgs of ganja and the contraband has been seized by the respondent Police. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police opposed this petition on the ground that the contraband has been recovered from the petitioner and the investigation is yet to be completed.
5. Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the contraband has been seized from the petitioner and the quantity of contraband seized, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
