2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.07.2021, F.I.R has been registered against the accused in Crime No.2 of 2021, dated 27.10.2021. 3.In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
