ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 452, 354, 506(i) of IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPWH Act, in Crime No.75 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the petitioners misbehaved with the defacto complainant and his sister, abused and also attacked them in the public place. Therefore, the present case came to be registered. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.On perusal of records, it shows that the specific allegation that has been made against these petitioners. 5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged against the petitioners and also the fact that investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The petitioners shall surrender before the respondent police and thereafter seek regular bail.
